Challenge
Over the years, the website had grown significantly in size and complexity. As new content, programs, and institutional information were added, navigation became increasingly difficult and the overall experience felt fragmented and inconsistent.
The challenge was to simplify the structure, improve discoverability, and create a cohesive experience that better reflected UPB's position as one of Bolivia's leading private universities.
Our
Solution
We began by rethinking the site's information architecture, creating a streamlined sitemap that made key content easier to find and navigate. From there, we redesigned the entire experience with a stronger visual system, clearer content hierarchy, and a more modern user interface.
The final website was designed and developed in Framer, resulting in a faster, more consistent, and easier-to-manage digital platform.
